Look the Choose Profile: drop down menu and choose a profile that match your cell phone model.
or you can follow below steps
Look your cell phone user manual for supported resolution (such as 1920x1080px, 1280x720px, 640x480px etc.)
Use Video Converter Tab.
Choose Generic Converter Settings For Cell Phones profile from the Choose Profile: drop down menu
Set the Frame Size: (on the Encoding Options) as in your cell phone user manual.
for auto video quality, leave the Video Bitrate empty (recommended), to define video quality manually, set the Video Bitrate as you whish
Note: Video Bitrate effects video quality and video file size (directly proportional), and target Video Bitrate should be smaller or equal to the Video Bitrate of the source video. otherwise video quality remains the same but file size increases unnecessarily.
