Right click "start" and click the control panel

Type "User" to search in control panel items

click the "create standard user account"

click the "Add a new user in PC settings"

click the "Add a user"

Click the "Sign in without a Microsoft account" (or you can use a microsoft account)

Click the "Local Account"

Type a user name (you can define a password for the account) and click the "Next" button

Click the "Finish" button to complate process

Click a user account to make changes
