It is not necessary to worry about anxiety ----.
Everybody experiences tensions. Anxiety and
tension are essential functions of living, just as
hunger and thirst are. They are our selfprotecting
reactions when we are confronted by
threats to our safety, well-being, happiness or
self-esteem. So, while an occasional
encountering of anxiety and tension may be
disagreeable, it is quite normal, and it need not
to be a cause for concern. The time to become
watchful is when emotional upsets come
frequently, shake us severely and fail to
disappear after a while.
