(II) It was in the late 1920s, however, that the golden era of Hollywood really began. (III) Many companies then created stars still popular and famous today. (IV) Financial difficulties became even more pressing during the depression years. (V) Among these the best known and most famous of all was, of course, Charlie Chaplain.
