to television is restricted are less likely to be
negatively affected by it, even when they do view it.
A study has found that children whose parents
restrict viewing are less likely to be unnecessarily
fearful of the outside world. ---- In other words,
children whose parents severely limit access to
television may actually become more aggressive,
perhaps due to the frustration that results from the
deprivation of privileges.
