.............. Everywhere I go, I see people dropping plastic bottles and drink cans on the pavement. If only people realised how disgusting this is, and what a bad impression it makes on foreign tourists. And often you can't walk for ten minutes without seeing a single litter bin! If the government spent more money on bins, then we wouldn't have to spend so much money on street cleaners.
