After years of observing human nature. I concluded
that two qualities make difference between leaders
and men of a performance. They are curiosity arid
discontent. I have never known an outstanding man
who lacked either. And I have never known a man of
small achievement who had both. The two belong
together. Without discontent, curiosity is merely idle.
Without curiosity, discontent is only useless anxiety.
Together, these deep human urges count for much
more than ambition.
