In England people begin to think about their summer holiday as early as January. As soon as the Christmas and New Year celebrations are over, newspapers and magazines are full of ads for exciting holidays both in Britain and abroad. Colourful brochures are sent out by travel agents, and in airline offices, as well as in bus and railway stations, attractive posters begin to appear. There are some people who end up with no holiday at all. They spend a lot of time arguing with their family or friends.
